Folio size (16 3/4 inches x 11 3/4 inches). The portfolio cover is printed on glossy card stock and folded in three sections, with full color illustrations completely covering the outside of this cover. A short history of the life of Ivan Bilibin (1876-1942) and a pictorial listing of the plates is printed on the inside of the portfolio cover. The portfolio itself consists of two portfolio text sheets for the two stories and ten pictorial sheets, each containing a full color illustration for one of the two stories. Each of the portfolio sheets, on deluxe card stock, is 16 1/2 inches x 11 1/2 inches in size. The plates and portfolio cover are in VERY FINE condition. A beautiful presentation of Bilibin's work.
